Beef

Our prices are based on "dead weight", which means that we weigh the animal after it is killed, skinned and gutted.

If you would like the hide back from your beast then please let us know so that we can save it for you and do our best not to damage it.

If you require a specific cut that is not on our processing list, feel free to call us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Please note that payment is required before collection. We will contact you via email with an invoice once the animal has been processed and finalised.

A Slaughterman can be arranged to kill on your farm. For more info or to arrange a slaughterman please call us.

Killing and waste disposal fee: $150 + GST

Processing fee: $2.50/kg + GST

  • Standard Beef: $7.00/kg + GST

  • Herb & Garlic: $9.00/kg + GST (minimum 5kg trim)

  • Old English: $9.00/kg + GST (minimum 5kg trim)

  • Spanish Chorizo: $9.00/kg + GST (minimum 5kg trim)

  • Texan Chilli: $9.00/kg + GST (minimum 5kg trim)

  • Merlot & Cracked Pepper: $9.00/kg + GST (minimum 5kg trim)
