Please note that payment is required before collection. We will contact you via email with an invoice once the animal has been processed and finalised.

Killing and waste disposal fee: $40 + GST

Processing fee: $60 + GST

Sausages:

Standard Lamb: $7.00/kg + GST
Herb & Garlic: $9.00/kg + GST (minimum 5kg trim)
Old English: $9.00/kg + GST (minimum 5kg trim)
Lamb & Mint: $9.00/kg + GST (minimum 5kg trim)

Daggy / Full wool / Overfat / Large ram: $15 + GST extra fee
